Mende, Director/Principal Planner
Mende has a Diploma in Financial Planning and Mortgage broking and is a Member of the MFAA
(Mortgage and Finance Industry Association). He is also a Justice of the Peace (JP).
Mende has owned and operated several successful small businesses and has excelled in key sales
representative roles. He has been in the finance industry for the past 20 years and has a solid track
record in looking after his client’s needs and wants.
Bill, Senior Mortgage Consultant
Having started his career in finance working for the major banks, Bill saw the opportunity to move
into the mortgage broking industry in 2012 where he has gained valuable experience and helped
hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Bill has completed his Certificate IV in Financial Services and
won numerous achievement awards throughout his career.
Bill personally looks after the loan process, helping to clearly explain current lending products and
processes required in all aspects of finance.
Zaneta Dulevski, Finance Officer/Office Manager
Zaneta has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and has worked for several large organisations,
specialising in taxation.
Zaneta has been with CLS for the past 15 years and with her strong accounting background as well
as her previous experience in dealing with major Banks, particularly around complex commercial
transactions she will be well equipped to communicate with you and answer any questions you have
along the way.
Alannah, Finance Officer
Alannah has a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning) and has worked for CLS for the past 4
years. She has experience as a finance officer helping clients and has been working alongside Mende
in relation to superannuation and insurance needs and has thorough knowledge of the products and
services available to her clients.
Alannah will also assist with any queries regarding financial planning and can also assist you to the
right options available for you.
Zandar, Junior Mortgage Consultant
Zandar has been working at CLS for a year now and has commenced his Diploma of Finance and
Mortgage Broking. Zandar is eager to learn about the Mortgage Broking and Real Estate industry and
will assist you throughout a mortgage/refinance application as well as guide you through what is
required.
Zandar will soon commence his Real Estate journey and start his Diploma of Real Estate.
